Plumbing Paste
AIM’s Plumbing Paste is a smooth, non-runny, very-easy-to-use zinc chloride based paste that applies easily and spreads evenly. AIM’s Plumbing Paste offers excellent wetting characteristics that facilitates solder flow for exceptional bonding. It cleans, fluxes, retards oxide formation, penetrates oil film, and enhances uniform solder flow.
The Zinc Chloride base provides superior cleaning effectiveness. The self-cleaning formula is ideal for soft solder applications of copper and copper alloy tube and fittings in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire sprinkler and other similar systems. This material is lead-free and therefore generally is safe for potable water. AIM’s Plumbing Paste is compatible with all common plumbing solder alloys.
